These Terms and Conditions regulate access, navigation, and use of this website, as well as the booking of accommodation services offered by Casas do Campo.

Making a reservation implies full acceptance of these terms.

 

  1. Booking Process

 

Reservations can be made through:

  • Telephone
  • Email
  • External booking platforms

The reservation will be considered confirmed once the deposit has been received or confirmation has been issued by the establishment.

 

  1. Prices and Payment Methods

 

The prices indicated include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment for the stay may be made through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit or debit card
  • Cash

The establishment may request a deposit to confirm the reservation.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy      

 

  • Cancellation with more than 14 days notice: full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellation with less than 14 days notice: the deposit may be non-refundable.

 

  1. Check-in and Check-out

 

  • Check-in: 15:00h
  • Check-out: 12:00h

Arrivals outside these hours must be arranged in advance with the establishment.

 

  1. House Rules

 

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:

  • Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization.
  • Guests must respect nighttime quiet hours.
  • The number of guests may not exceed the number indicated in the reservation.
  • Smoking inside the accommodation is not permitted unless in designated areas.

 

  1. Pets

 

  • Pets are allowed upon prior request.
  • Pets must be kept under control at all times in common areas.

 

  1. Liability

 

Guests agree to make proper use of the facilities.

The establishment may charge guests for damages caused to the accommodation or its furniture.

The establishment is not responsible for:

  • loss or theft of personal belongings
  • damages resulting from improper use of the facilities

 

  1. Data Protection

 

Personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish legislation.
